Don Potter, 89, a long-time resident of Branford, a member of the 101st Airborne Division "Screaming Eagles," was very involved with the Branford United Way, was a First Congregational Church of Branford deacon and with his wife lived in Indian Neck and enjoyed boating, fly-fishing, clamming, and sailing.

Nancy Elizabeth Miller Childs, 84, of Branford, cut short an early career with the FBI to raise her family, she went on to work as an administrative assistant at Branford High School and Yale University, and was involved in many organizations, including The First Congregational Church of Branford, The Branford Garden Club, The Homemaker’s Thrift Shop, Former Women of the FBI and a previous board member of the Hotchkiss Grove Association.

Sally Attianese, 77, of East Haven, was owner/operator of Merle Norman Studio in Branford, and was active in the business community and civically, was passionate, inspiring, caring, independent and spunky and loved music, dancing, meeting with her friends and helping others look their best.
