Town's Veterans Day Parade, Ceremonies Set For Sunday On Branford Town Green
The day begins at 9 a.m., with the laying of wreaths, Taps at cemeteries with Naval Memorial Service on South Montowese Bridge at 12:15.
BRANFORD, CT — The town's Veterans Day parade and ceremonies on the Town Green, in honor of all who served in the U.S. Armed Forces, are set for Sunday.
The day begins at 9 a.m., with the laying of wreaths and Taps at all cemeteries. At 12:15, p.m., a Naval Memorial Service will be held on the South Montowese Bridge.
The program to honor veterans begins at 1 p.m., on the Branford Town Green and the parade will step off shortly after at approximately 1:30 p.m.
