Truck Catches Fire While Towing Boat on I-95 in Branford
A truck that was towing a boat on Interstate 95 on Sunday somehow caught fire but Branford firefighters quickly responded.
BRANFORD, CT - Believe it or not there was noone hurt in this amazing truck fire that Branford firefighters extinguished on Sunday.
Branford fire had this to say on its Facebook page about the fire:
"This truck caught fire while towing a boat along I-95.

"After pulling into the north rest area they were able to disconnect the boat and remove most of their personal belongings before the fire became too intense. Crews from Engine 1 & Medic 1 quickly extinguished the fire, no injuries were reported."
