Warmer Weather Usually Brings More Car Thefts: Branford Police

BRANFORD, CT - Branford police are warning that with warmer weather generally there is a spike in car break-ins.

On the department’s Facebook page, is the following note:

“With the warmer weather upon us, we generally see an increase in car break-ins this time of year!!!!
***** Be prepared, don’t become a victim*****
REMEMBER to lock your doors...REMIND your friends and family to lock their doors...REPORT any suspicious persons to 911.”
