West Main Street Burger King Site Sold For $1.95M: Report

BRANFORD, CT — The West Main Street Burger King sold for nearly $2 million last month, New Haven Biz reported.

According to its reporting, the deal was inked Sept. 29, when JF Branford Properties LLC, c/o the Burger King Corporation, Branford land records show, sold the 880 West Main St., fast food restaurant to an LLC called King Branford for $1.95 million.

Built in 1973, the building was assessed in 2021 at $878,900 and appraised at $1,255,430,
