66-Unit Apartment Complex In Bridgeport For Sale For Millions

BRIDGEPORT, CT — The 66-unit apartment complex at 575 Ellsworth St. in Bridgeport is on the market for $15 million, according to Crexi.com.

Called Rock Ridge Place, the complex was built in 1974 and is located in the heart of the city's Black Rock section.

The complex has 63 one-bedroom apartments and three two-bedroom units, and it recently received $2 million in capital improvements.

"Each apartment features new shaker-style cabinets, stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, in-unit laundry, tile bathrooms, modern lighting, and new flooring," the listing reads.
