Police say that the killings were isolated incidents, and they do not appear to be connected to gang activity. On Saturday, 37-year-old Chaz Rogers was found dead on Stratford Avenue. Police then reported to Fremont and Norman Street at 2:04 a.m. Sunday morning to find a man shot after a neighbor dispute. Later at 4:27 a.m., a man was shot on Alice Street in a parking lot.The city is on pace to see nearly 30 homicides this year. There were 10 homicides in all of 2016.
