Guns Seized, Man Arrested In Bridgeport Police Operation: Authorities
More arrests were anticipated, police said.

BRIDGEPORT, CT — A man was arrested and numerous guns were seized during an operation Friday in Bridgeport’s Hollow neighborhood, police said.
Clay Anthony McRay, 29, of Bridgeport, was charged with carrying a pistol without a permit and illegal transfer of a firearm, according to police, who said he was found in possession of a Hi-Point 9mm semi-automatic gun and a magazine with eight live rounds of ammunition. He was exiting his car on Highland Avenue when he was taken into custody and his bond was set at $150,000, police said.
Authorities also served a warrant at a home in the 100 block of Highland Avenue and seized a 5.56mm American Tactical semi-automatic AR-15, a .22 caliber Kalashnikov semi-automatic gun, 5.566mm and .22 caliber high-capacity magazines, 249 grams of marijuana and marijuana packaging material, according to police.
