BRIDGEPORT, CT — A 92-unit, mixed use development at 199 Congress St. in Bridgeport is on the market for $38 million, according to a listing on the commercial real estate site, Crexi.com.

The complex offers "a variety of 1, 2, and 3-bedroom layouts—plus 5 retail spaces," and about a third of the residential units are rented.
