Norwalk Man Tried To Lure Teen Into His Car, Police Say: Report
Police say the man circled the block several times trying to lure the teen into his car.

BRIDGEPORT, CT — Police say a Norwalk man was arrested after tried to lure a local teenager into his car Monday on Fairfield Avenue, reports the Connecticut Post. A 16-year-old girl was walking home from a store when a grey SUV pulled up to her and a male driver called her over to his vehicle. Police say he circled the block several times and tried to get the girl to enter his car each time.
Police say the didn't stop walking until she got home and then called police. Officers later stopped Sinclair Smalls, 55, on State Street at the Wordin Avenue intersection.
Police say that Smalls also had a viagra pill in his pocket. Officers brought the girl to the scene and she identified Smalls and the SUV.
