Vehicles Reportedly Vandalized Again In Bridgeport: Police

The latest incidents were reported Wednesday morning, according to authorities.

BRIDGEPORT, CT — Bridgeport police are investigating a new rash of vehicles having windows smashed, according to authorities.

The latest incidents, which were reported Wednesday morning, occurred in the 1200 block of Railroad Avenue. How many vehicles were vandalized was not disclosed.

"The Bridgeport Police Department is actively investigating this most recent act of vandalism and is encouraging all residents to remain vigilant by removing personal and/or expensive items from their vehicles to reduce the risk of vandalism and theft," said Danielle Wedderburn, the city's director of communications

On Tuesday morning, several vehicles reportedly had windows smashed at the University of Bridgeport.
