Wrecking Ball Inches Closer To Bring Down Undeveloped Bridgeport Buildings: Report
The Cherry Street Lofts project is only partially completed as envisioned.

BRIDGEPORT, CT — Bridgeport is moving toward demolishing four undeveloped buildings on Cherry Street, as developer Gary Flocco tries to keep the project afloat, the Connecticut Post reported.
The properties are home to the partially completed Cherry Street Lofts development, but the next phase of the project has long been delayed while Flocco deals with litigation on the effort.
So far, 158 apartments and a charter school have been built at the site.
