The Brookfield Board of Selectmen shall conduct a public hearing on Thursday, October 10, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. at the Brookfield High School Auditorium at 45 Long Meadow Hill Road, Brookfield, Connecticut, concerning the following:

7 Long Meadow Hill Road - Lease of Town land to Homeland Towers, LLC for the placement of a monopole cell tower at the location on the property identified as Option C on the site layout map presented to the Board of Selectmen.
