'Development Opportunity' Awaits In Brookfield With This Parcel For Sale (patch.com) — A fully approved self-storage development site at 81 Pocono Road in Brookfield is listed for $995,000, offering 4.91 acres in a high-income area. Plans call for a 43,000-square-foot facility with a mix of climate-controlled and non-climate units, using the land’s natural grade for ground-level access to both stories without an elevator.
