Canton Barn may be as famous for its pies as its Saturday night auctions. While Susan Wacht-Goralski is now the undisputed master of baking the masterpieces, auctioneer Richard Wacht has a hand in them as well. Here he is seen paring apples Friday.
The business holds auctions Saturday nights. Doors open at 5 p.m. with the auction beginning an hour and a half later.
