Canton Supermarket Employees Put On Cereal Box For Charity Work

The two workers at the Canton ShopRite store were placed on commemorative Cheerios boxes for their work raising money to battle hunger.

CANTON, CT —When you end up on a cereal box, you know you've done good.

That reality is the case for two employees at the ShopRite grocery store in Canton, who were honored last Friday, April 4, for their work as part of the store's participation in the annual "ShopRite Partners in Caring Cheerios Contest" to combat food insecurity.

Canton's team, led by associates Drew Bylenski and Siena Clymer, helped raise more than $16,000 in the effort.
