This fun event supporting the Canton Dollars for Scholars will be held on October 28, 2023

The Annual Canton Dollars for Scholars Collinsville Trick or Trot 5K Road Race will be held on Saturday, October 28, 2023. The race is USATF certified. This is a great way to run a fun race and help students pay for college.
All proceeds from the run benefit the Canton Dollars for Scholars general scholarship fund which provides scholarships to Cantonβs graduating high school seniors. This is the primary fundraiser event for our program. The budget for the race is kept very low to allow maximum benefit to the students receiving our scholarships.
We will award the top male, female and child finishers as well as the best costumes for individual adult, child, and best team. And there are treats at the turnaround for all participants. Registration is $30 and includes a T-shirt for the first 100 participants to register. Day of registration will be $40.

About Canton Dollars for Scholars
Canton Dollars for Scholars is our local chapter of the national organization Scholarship America. In 1958, Dr. Irving Fradkin, an optometrist from Fall River, Massachusetts, founded Dollars for Scholars as a challenge to his fellow Fall River residents to each contribute one dollar toward a fund for all of the community's youth to attend college. For over 50 years and counting, Dollars for Scholars/Scholarship America has been helping students of all levels and aspirations to pursue education beyond high school.
Our Canton chapter was founded in 1986, and to date has awarded over $500,000 in scholarships. Each year we are growing and are able to award more scholarships through the generous donations of community members and businesses.
