Patch: How long have you been doing business in town?
Steven Sachs PhD: We are just starting

Patch: What attracted you to the line of work you’re in, and how did you get started?
Steven Sachs PhD: The power of being able to manufacture beautiful, unique creatures and other creations. It evolved from looking for a way to produce a six-inch cube made of 64 blocks. Until this point, the cube box (known as BigD Cube) was made individually at a local cabinet-making shop using maple wood. While the product is quite beautiful, it is prohibitively expensive to make. I saw 3D printing as as more cost-effective alternative, which also allows for many color variations, and weighs considerably less. And in that process, discovered that I had unlimited capacity to produce almost anything. Today we have a small 3d printer farm responsible for making all of the 3d prints seen in our store.

Patch: What's the most common piece of advice you give to customers?
Steven Sachs PhD: Come in, browse and immerse yourself in an interactive setting not found anywhere. You will come away saying "wow".

Patch: What’s the most satisfying part of your job?
Steven Sachs PhD: Watching the 3d creations come to life in real time on our 3D printers. And sharing that experience with customers, whom I've watched thoroughly enjoy the unique experience.

Patch: How would you say your business or organization distinguishes itself from the others?
Steven Sachs PhD: There are no other stores of this kind in the area and where customers can interact directly with our creations.
