An event headed by Pat and Terry Bowman of Cheshire raised over $125,000 for Sacred Heart Academy on Saturday.
Proceeds from the "Run for the Roses Live and Silent Auction," will support educational programs at the Hamden school. The total raised includes $40,000 for student scholarships.
