Animal Hoarding Case Investigated In Cheshire: Police

Authorities were executing a search-and-seizure warrant on Friday afternoon, according to police.

CHESHIRE, CT — Police are investigating an animal hoarding case Friday afternoon in Cheshire.

Cheshire police detectives, in conjunction with the town’s animal control, secured a search and seizure warrant for a home on Cook Hill Rd as part of an animal hoarding investigation, according to police.

Personnel from the Cheshire Police Department, animal control, fire department, public works, and human services were at the scene executing the warrant.
