Business Burglarized Overnight In Cheshire: Police
Police are investigating after a business was burglarized by four masked suspects who used a vehicle that was reported out of Hamden.

CHESHIRE, CT — A Cheshire business was burglarized early Friday morning by four masked suspects who left in a vehicle that was reported stolen out of Hamden, according to police.
Cheshire police responded around 4:20 a.m. to an activated burglar alarm at the Fine Cigars and Vape store at 1070 South Main Street, according to Lt. Jeffrey Sutherland.
Sutherland said officers found that the suspects forced entry through the front glass door and left before police arrived.

The initial investigation found that a cash register with an undermined amount of cash and several vape products were taken from the store, according to Sutherland.
Sutherland said video surveillance showed the four masked suspects entered the store through the broken front glass door.

The suspects used a purple Kia Optima bearing Connecticut registration AY79713 that was reported stolen out of Hamden, according to Sutherland.
The suspects are unknown and police are continuing to investigate, according to Sutherland.
