This spring Cheshire High School Drama is thrilled to invite our community to witness a tale of murder, mayhem and scintillating scandals with their production of Chicago: Teen Edition.
Set in the jazz era of the 1920's, Roxie Hart struggles to avoid jail time (or worse) for the murder of her ex-lover! She and her fellow inmate, the infamous Velma Kelly, battle to secure the expertise of lawyer, Billy Flynn.
The ever charming Flynn promises to help razzle dazzle their way out of incarceration and onto the vaudeville stage. Meanwhile, Mama Morton keeps the corrupt schemes well-funded. Tensions grow as Roxie and Velma vie for the spotlight and headlines.

Unfortunately, Mr. Amos Hart's heart breaks as he realizes his wife's duplicity.
The show features a cast and crew of talented students, Fosse-inspired dance numbers, a memorable score and all that jazz! We can't wait to have a live audience in the house once again!
