The 40th Annual Winterfest Celebration at <a href="http://www.lymanorchards.com/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Lyman's Orchards</a> kept things cool with "Ice Wars," a two-day event with top ranking professional ice carvers. Bill Covitz of Cheshire took second place among a field of nationally ranked ice artists.
