Cheshire Library Programs to Resume in Month

Construction of an expanded teen room puts programs on hold.

The call it the "big plastic wall." The floor to ceiling sheeting stretches from the check-out desk, down the hall into the children's room.

The plastic barrier is part of a renovation at the library that is expanding the teen room by removing study rooms and an office in the children's room.

To accomodate the construction project, the library has cancelled most of its regular programs in June. According to its website, there are three programs in June with the full schedule resuming Monday, July 9.
