Cheshire Police Blotter: April 30 Through May 26, 2025

Recent arrests by the Cheshire Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.

CHESHIRE, CT — The following information has been provided by the Cheshire Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Jesse M. Marks, 30, of Torrington, was arrested April 30 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was being held in lieu of a $15,000 bond with a court date of June 3. He has pleaded guilty to the charge, according to state judicial records.

Daniel Soto, 55, of Wolcott, was arrested May 4 on charges of sixth-degree larceny and interfering with officer / resisting. He was released on a promise to appear in court on June 23.

Gary J. Zimmitti, 36, of Cheshire, was arrested May 15 on charges of larceny of motor vehicle – second offense and operating motor vehicle under suspension. He was being held in lieu of a $10,000 bond with a court date of July 9.

Nicolas O. Mendoza Pantoja, 20, of Cheshire, was arrested May 17 on charges of DUI - .02 BAC, less than 21 years old, and failure to drive in proper lane. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of May 30.

Nathan P. Zentek, 32, of Cheshire, was arrested May 20 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs, reckless driving, and failure to drive in proper lane. He is scheduled to appear in court on June 27.

Ryan M. Havican, 49, of Naugatuck, was arrested May 21 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He is scheduled to appear in court on June 4.

Jennifer Barbabosa, 36, of Meriden, was arrested May 23 on charges of second-degree criminal trespass, sixth-degree larceny, and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny. She is scheduled to appear in court on June 6.

Jason R. Jacobs, 35, of Milford, was arrested May 25 on charges of second-degree criminal trespass, sixth-degree larceny, and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny. He is scheduled to appear in court on June 6.

Filippo Accettullo, 37, of Stratford, was arrested May 26 on charges of second-degree strangulation / suffocation, violation of protective order, and disorderly conduct. He was scheduled to be arraigned on Tuesday morning.
