Cheshire Police Blotter: March 18 Through April 14, 2025

Recent arrests by the Cheshire Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.

CHESHIRE, CT — The following information has been provided by the Cheshire Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Eduardo Donoso, 51, of Springfield, Massachusetts, was arrested March 18 on a charge of third-degree larceny. He was released after posting a $2,000 bond with a court date of May 16, according to state judicial records.

William D. Kee, 35, of Waterbury, was arrested March 19 on charges of second-degree assault and disorderly conduct. He was released after posting a $7,500 bond with a court date of May 22.

Jason Lewis, 26, of New Britain, was arrested March 21 on charges of third-degree assault, second-degree unlawful restraint, disorderly conduct, and operating motor vehicle without insurance. He was released after posting a $15,000 bond with a court date of May 29.

Adrian E. Gousby, 56, of Waterbury, was arrested March 24 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on May 12.

Gary Zimmitti, 35, of Cheshire, was arrested March 24 on charges of third-degree assault, second-degree threatening – physical threat, and second-degree unlawful restraint. He was additionally charged with larceny of motor vehicle – first offense. He was released after posting bonds totaling $10,000. A re-arrest order was issued March 25.

Price A. Cottle, 27, of Bronx, New York, was arrested March 25 on a charge of fifth-degree larceny. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of May 20.

Luis L. Mendez, 35, of Waterbury, was arrested March 25 on charges of third-degree burglary and third-degree larceny. He was being held in lieu of a $50,000 bond with a court date of June 4.

Jeffrey P. Fortier, 61, of Cheshire, was arrested March 27 on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs. He was released after posting a $2,000 bond with a court date of May 5.

Jamie S. Mashia, 56, of Cheshire, was arrested April 1 on charges of second-degree unlawful restraint, third-degree assault, and disorderly conduct. He was being held in lieu of a $10,000 bond with a court date of May 21.

Steven Graziosa, 39, of Plymouth, was arrested April 10 on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of April 25.

Erik J. Holmquist, 27, of Cheshire, was arrested April 13 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs, engaging police in pursuit, reckless driving, and traveling unreasonably fast. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of April 29. He was additionally charged with operating under suspension – alcohol, and was released on a promise to appear in court on April 29.

Michele L. Girgasky, 32, of Bristol, was arrested April 14 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on April 25.
