Cheshire Police Blotter: Oct. 21 Through Nov. 3, 2025

Recent arrests by the Cheshire Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.

CHESHIRE, CT — The following information has been provided by the Cheshire Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Zoltan A. Verrillo, 40, of Cheshire, was arrested Oct. 21 on charges of third-degree criminal trespass and sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Dec. 4, according to state judicial records.

Brigette A. Gutierrez, 36, of New London, was arrested Oct. 22 on charges of second-degree forgery, criminal impersonation, possession of controlled substance – first offense, and interfering with officer / resisting. She was released after posting a $25,000 bond with a court date of Dec. 18.

Albert N. Stober, 41, of Colchester, was arrested Oct. 26 on charges of first-degree harassment, second-degree threatening, and illegal possession of prescription drugs. He was released after posting a $100 bond with a court date of Jan. 7.

Deleon J. Jackson, 27, of Waterbury, was arrested Oct. 27 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was being held in lieu of a $2,500 bond with a court date of Dec. 1.

Raymond W. Maida, 34, of Cheshire, was arrested Oct. 28 on charges of risk of injury to child and enticing minor under the age of 18 using computer (1st). He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Nov. 24.

Sharell Allen, 36, of New Haven, was arrested Oct. 30 on charges of first-degree criminal trespass and fifth-degree larceny. She was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 6. She was additionally charged with first-degree criminal trespass and sixth-degree larceny. She was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 6.

Colin W. Hotchkiss, 36, of Old Saybrook, was arrested Nov. 1 on a charge of criminal impersonation. He was released after posting a $15,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 6.

Wilson A. Perez Lalon, 23, of New Haven, was arrested Nov. 1 on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Jan. 7.

Kalaha L. Maye, 20, of Trumbull, was arrested Nov. 3 on charges of first-degree larceny and first-degree forgery. She was released after posting a $25,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 13.
