We are in the water treatment industry, selling and servicing water treatment equipment for the home and also commercial application. We also have recently started doing home radon testing.
What’s the most difficult challenge you’ve faced as a business owner?
Probably the most difficult is dealing with the poor economy. As much as clean water is very important, people will ignore the warning signs until a disaster occurs such as a broken pipe from having a low ph or clogged pipes due to mineral build up.
What’s been your proudest achievement since opening?
Our company has received numerous sales awards from Ecowater and we have had several people certified through the Water Quality Association. In retrospect though, I think what is the most important is that we strive to give people clean water and we specialize in fixing problem water.
How does your business give back to the community?
Our knowledge of water problems and how to correct them is very important in any community. We freely give out the information people look for when there is a water contamination crisis and offer solutions.
