Construction Beginning On Cheshire Food Pantry

The food pantry in Cheshire will move this fall into the newly renovated space.

CHESHIRE--The town is kicking off construction of the new Cheshire Community Food Pantry this week.

According to The New Haven Register, the $1.1 million facility is set to be completed in the fall, allowing the 10-years-in-the-making new Food Pantry to open its doors and serve the community.

The 6,000-square-foot-facility on Sandbank Road is scheduled to open this fall, The New Haven Register reports.
