A "Family Fishing Day" event is scheduled as part of DEEP's "Great Park Pursuit Spring Sprint" at Day Pond State Park in Colchester from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The event includes fishing, fish sampling, fish stocking, a fish fry, games and prizes.  Other events on Saturday include: <ul> <li>"Youth Fishing Education Day" scheduled Saturday at Chatfield Hollow State Park in Killingworth from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.It includes fish identification, casting and fly tying lessons, plus fishing. No preregistration is needed.</li> <li>Fly Fishing Clinic at Merwin Meadows Park in Wilton. Fly casting, knot tying, aquatic insect identification, a 9-hole fly fishing golf course and a late barbecue lunch are offered.  More information can be found at <a href="http://www.mianustu.org/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">www.mianustu.org</a>.
