Growing Manufacturer Buys Industrial Building In Cheshire For $1.8M
The company is relocating to Cheshire to "accommodate its continued growth and increased production demands," according to realtors.
CHESHIRE, CT — A growing millwork manufacturer is relocating its business to Cheshire after buying a more than 30,000-square foot warehouse in town, according to realtors.
O,R&L Commercial announced this week that RSS Millwork Services has purchased the 30,600-square foot industrial building / warehouse located on 2.21 acres at 150 Sandbank Road in Cheshire for $1.8 million.
The warehouse area of the building features 18-foot ceilings and multiple docks and drive-ins, according to realtors.

The property was vacant at the time of the sale.
Rich Lee and Will Braun of O,R&L Commercial in Branford represented the seller, Marshall Enterprises, LLC and the buyer, RSS Millwork Services was also represented by O,R&L Commercial’s Sam Crampton and Frank Hird, SIOR, according to a news release.

“RSS Millwork Services, presently located at 11 Industrial Rd, Prospect is a premier custom millwork manufacturer specializing in high-quality architectural millwork, cabinetry, and commercial interior finishes for a wide range of clients including corporate offices, healthcare facilities, educational institutions, retail environments and luxury residential projects,” the news release states. “Known for its craftsmanship, precision manufacturing capabilities and ability to deliver turnkey solutions from design through installation, RSS Millworks has established itself as a trusted leader in the industry.”
RSS Millworks is relocating its operations to a larger facility at 150 Sandbank Road in Cheshire to “accommodate its continued growth and increased production demands,” according to the news release.
“This strategic move will allow RSS Millworks to expand its manufacturing capacity, streamline logistics and enhance service capabilities to better support its growing customer base throughout the U.S.;” the news release states.
