The 80-year-old ranks high enough in the tourism program of the state to merit a visit on Monday by Governor Dannel P. Malloy.  As part of a day-long tour of state destinations, Malloy will stop at Blackie's on Waterbury Road about 11:30 a.m. to promote the state's hospitality, tourism, and recreation opportunities, according to a statement from the governor.  The visit follows the state's new marketing campaign; "Still Revolutionary" that tourism officials believe "will boost revenues and draw attention to the state's distinctive attractions and extraordinary destinations through an aggressive marketing campaign," the statement reads. Malloy begins his day Monday at Lake Compounce in Bristol and Southington before heading to Cheshire. He will then visit Putnam Memorial State Park in West Redding, Weir Farms in Wilton, and Sunset Meadow Vineyards in Goshen.
