Obituary: John F. Romanik, 79, of Cheshire
John, a loving family man and friend to many, was the owner of Cheshire Hollow Farm.
CHESHIRE, CT - (From Alderson-Ford Funeral Home) John F. Romanik, 79, passed away Monday, February 14, 2021 at his home in Cheshire.
Mr. Romanik was born November 11, 1942 in New Haven, CT., son of the late John and Beatrice (Sadowski) Romanik.
He was a businessman and owner of Cheshire Hollow Farm.
Mr. Romanik leaves behind his son, John Romanik and his wife Dawn Cestaro of Cheshire, his daughter Danielle Johnson, his grandchildren Essie Romanik, Tracie Nowakowski and her husband Michael Nowakowski, Jarritt Romanik, Joseph Greco, and his two great-granddaughters, Paige and Luna Nowakowski.
Arrangements: Funeral services for Mr. Romanik will be held Tuesday, February 22, 2022, at 12:00 P.M., at The Alderson-Ford Funeral Home of Cheshire, 615 South Main Street. Burial will be private.
Friends may call at the funeral home Tuesday morning, from 10:00 a.m. the start of the service.
Memorial contributions, in his name, may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
