Pasquale V. Albino Sr. Obituary

Mr. Pasquale V. “Pat” Albino Sr. 97, of Cheshire, died Monday, May 7, 2012 at the Miller Memorial Convalescent Home, in Meriden. He was the husband of the late Agnes F. (Mucci) Albino.

Pat was born in Waterbury on July 5, 1914, son of the late Nicola and Antoinette (Vallilo) Albino. He moved to Cheshire in 1957. He was the former co-owner of Carby Manufacturing Company and later retired from Pratt & Whitney in 1976. He was a communicant of St. Bridget Church.

He leaves a son, Pasquale V. Albino Jr. of West Springfield, MA, three daughters, Barbara Zaborowski and her husband Al of Meriden, Judith Albino of Cheshire, Grace Richmond and her husband Edward of West Suffield, a sister, Anna Albino of Waterbury, four grandchildren, Jennifer Friedman and her husband Mark of Sarasota, Fla., Rebecca Stoltzfus and her husband Greg of Westfield, Mass., Michael Richmond of West Suffield, Travis Richmond and his wife Lissa of Vermont and three great grandchildren, Gabriel, Benjamin and Zachary Stoltzfus. He also leaves his sister-in-law, Elvira Serra of Worthington, Ohio and several nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank Lisa Felton and Megan Mastrianni of the Guardian Angels in Cheshire for their outstanding care given to Pat during his illness.

Arrangements: Funeral Mass will be held Saturday at 10:00 a.m. at St. Bridget Church, 175 Main Street, Cheshire. Family and friends are asked to meet directly at church. Burial will follow at St. Bridget Cemetery. Calling hours Friday from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Chase Parkway Memorial Funeral Home, 430 Chase Parkway, Waterbury.
