The 7th annual beer tasting event for Team Jenifer raised a record $14,000, according to sponsors. About 400 attended the event on March 23 according to Karen Butler, of the Connecticut chapter of the National MS Society.  "Over the past seven years, the Team Jenifer Beer Tasting has raised approximately $80,000," Butler wrote. Since 2001, supporters of  Jenifer Walsh, who has MS, have raised almost $176,500, through Team Jenifer to support medical research for a cure.  The 2012 Travelers Walk MS will be held at Cheshire High School on Sunday, April 22.
