David Ballou, 45, of 405 Blacks Road was charged with threatening and disorderly conduct at 11:53 a.m.

Suzanne Remington Fox, 49, of 185 Chipman Drive was charged with failure to obey a traffic signal on  South Main Street at 4:50 p.m.

Princess Chandler Dickson, 40, of Bridgeport was charged with failure to drive in the proper lane on Highland Avenue at 6:57 p.m.

Breina Schain, 62, of 62 Hilltop Road was cited for a cell phone violation on Highland Avenue at 7:37 p.m.

Wednesday, January 18

Christina Tamayo, 44, of Enfield was charged with failure to have insurance and operating under suspension on Highland Avenue at 12:09 a.m.

Anita Bosques, 37, of Waterbury was charged with failure to have insurance and operating an unregistered motor vehicle on Waterbury Road at 6:26 a.m.

Kathy Decosta, 45, of Meriden was charged with larceny in the fifth-degree at 46 Farview Drive at 9:05 a.m.

Melody Siniscalco, 36, of 45 Willow Street was cited for failure to obey a traffic signal on South Main Street at 9:20 a.m.

Anthony Caterino, 52, of 35 Oxford Court was charged with speeding on Creamery Road at 4:59 p.m.

Verna Varrone, 59, of Hamden was charged with failure to obey a traffic signal on South Main Street at 5:10 p.m.

Richard Sherwood, 28, of Naugatuck was charged with traveling unreasonably fast on Lynwood Drive at 9:40 p.m.

Friday, January 20

Angel Santiago, 40, of New Haven was charged with failure to have insurance, misuse of a license plate, and operating an unregistered motor vehicle on Industrial Avenue at 12:55 a.m.

Sunday, January 22

Aron Herbert, 29, of Waterbury was charged with shoplifting from a Cheshire Rite-Aid Pharmacy at 6:01 p.m.

Monday, January 23

Carlos Lopez, 62, of Wallingford was charged with failure to drive right and failure to carry license on Main Street at 1:52 a.m.

Anthony Caterino, 52, of 35 Oxford place was charged with second degree breach of peace at 2:53 a.m.

Annmarie Updegraff, 29, of Bristol was charged with disorderly conduct at 2:53 a.m.
