Assault and Drug Possession Charges in Cheshire
Burglary, assault and marijuana arrests in this week's police report.

The following arrests and charges were reported by the
Edward Testa, 21, of 278 Mountain Rd., was charged with second degree forgery, failure to appear and sixth degree larceny on June 12 at 12:37 p.m. at an office and medical complex at 325 Highland Ave.
Nicholas Taglianetti, 19, of Wallingford, was charged with failure to obey a stop sign, failure to carry a license and failure to drive right at Country Club and Wolf Hill Drive on June 12 at 10:19 p.m.

Davon Sawyer, 23, of New Haven, was charged with burglary in the third degree (conspiracy) larceny three from a building, larceny three from a building (conspiracy) and burglary in the third degree on June 12 at 8:20 p.m.
David Ladd, 30, of 1018 Peck Ln. was charged with failure to appear in the first at 6:38 p.m and failure to apprear in the second at 7:07 p.m. on June 14.

Robert Sirois, 62, of 88 Blue Ridge Cir., third degree assault of a person over 60, on June 14 at 5:32 p.m.
Elias Najera, 23, of 1604 Peck Ln. was charged with failure to obey a stop sign and driving an registered motor vehicle at Peck Lane and West Johnson Ave. at 12:23 p.m. on June 16.
Brett Harrison, 19, of 358 Talmadge Rd., was charged with possession of drug paraphrenalia and possession of marijuana less than a half-ounce at Smith Place/Cheshire Street on June 18 at 1:17 a.m.
