Wrong Way Cheshire Driver Charged with DUI

Driver goes wrong way on I-84.

arrested Germaine Thompson, 29, of Waterbury for driving under the influence and traveling the wrong direction on a one-way street. Thompson's vehicle was stopped in Cheshire on the I-84 West off ramp at 2:06 a.m.
