Nadine Edwards, who led the Danbury High School swim team last year as a senior, helped Bentley University earn one second-place finish and five thirds during the Batterman Relays at MIT Oct. 22 and 23.
The third place finishes came in the 400 freestyle relay, the 400 freestyle IM relay, the 500 free crescendo relay, the 200 butterfly relay, and the 200 breaststroke relay. Edwards swam in them all.
On the men’s side, David Curran of Danbury, swam in the 200 back relay, placing third.

Bentley’s first dual meet of the 2011-12 season is next Saturday at Le Moyne.
