Danbury's Best Holiday Light Displays, See Who Won

DANBURY, CT — The results are in, and the winners have been chosen in the City of Danbury's first annual "Holiday Lights Contest."

The following homes made history as the inaugural winners of what officials hope will be an annual tradition:

• First Place: 1 Maplecrest Drive — Frozen Fantasia

• Second Place: 5 Kilian Drive — Winter Wonderland

• Third Place: 14 Strawberry Hill Road — Dazzling Delights

"This festive community initiative was proudly supported by Mayor Roberto Alves and Councilman John Laughinghouse, celebrating the creativity and holiday spirit of our neighborhoods," wrote the City of Danbury in an announcement.

"Thank you to everyone who participated, and a special thank you to our generous sponsors, Texas Roadhouse, Holiday Diner, and Barbarie’s Black Angus, for helping make this new Danbury holiday tradition possible."
