Danbury Man Videotaped Woman in Dressing Room: Police

DANBURY, CT — A city man was arrested Saturday after police say he videotaped a woman in the dressing room of a Newtown Road business. Police say they received a call of a man taping a woman in a dressing room at a 10:41 a.m. Saturday.

Police say they later found that Nivaldo Jesus, 43, was secretly videotaping a woman in the changing room with his cell phone. He was taken into custody and charged with disorderly conduct and voyeurism.

Jesus was released on a $2,000 bond and is due in Danbury Superior Court on April 28.
