Danbury Police Brief
The following information was provided by the Danbury Police Department. A person charged with a crime is innocent of that crime until having been convicted in court.
The reported Francisco Nasciemento, 25, New St., Danbury, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating a motor vehicle without a license and operating a cell phone without a hands' free device, at about 2:45 a.m. Saturday. Nasciemento was held on a $2,500 bond.
