Danbury Police: DUI, Failure to Appear, Possession WITS

Danbury Police charged Anthony Tomanio, 64, of Danbury, with driving under the influence and failure to drive right. Tomanio was held on a $250 bond.

Salinas Naida, 36, Main Street, Danbury, was charged with breach of peace, criminal mischief and failure to appear following an incident at 1:30 a.m. on Tuesday. Police held Naida on a $1,500 bond.

Lucas Dos Santos, 17, of Mountainville Road, Danbury, was charged at about 5 p.m. Monday with possession of marijuana, possession with intent to sell and possession of drug paraphernalia. Dos Santos was released on a $1,000 bond for a court date of Sept. 13.
