Danbury Police Log: Corporate Theft
Danbury Police provided the following information. A person charged with a crime is innocent until having been convicted in court.
Danbury Police charged three men with larceny and money laundering following a year long investigation in Danbury involving corporate embezzlement from ATMI, a supplier to the semiconductor industry with its headquarters in Commerce Park.
The three men, Jose Casanova, Bruce Amico and Joseph Moker, turned themselves in yesterday on warrants. All three were charged with first-degree larceny, first-degree conspiracy to commit larceny, and second-degree money laundering. Casanova and Moker each had an additional count of first-degree larceny. Casanova and Moker posted $100,000 bonds and Amico posted $50,000. The one year long investigation involved embezzlement from ATMI of Danbury.
