Danbury Police Log: DUI, Evading Responsibility, Using a Car Without the Owner's Permission
The following information was provided by the Danbury Police Department, A person charged with a crime is innocent until convicted in court.
Susan Taylor, 47, Scuppo Road, was charged with driving under the influence, evading responsibility and using a car without the owner's permission at 4:30 p.m. Friday. Taylor was released on a $2,500 bond for an appearance in Danbury Superior Court scheduled for June 12.
In a separate case, charged Warren Patrinos, 19, of Holmes, NY, and Casey Rice, 22, of Pawling, NY, with breach of peace and interfering with a police officer at about 2 a.m. Sunday. Patrinos was held on a $2,500 bond, and Rice was released on a $1,000 bond for an appearance in Danbury Superior Court on June 12.
