Danbury Police charged Martin Nova, 43, of Main Street, Danbury, with possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia and drug possession near a prohibited place. Nova was released on a $5,000 bond for court Oct. 26.
Alan Charles, 29, Avalon Valley, Danbury, was charged with failure to signal, failure to drive right, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, driving without insurance and driving with a suspended license at about 6 p.m. Friday. Charles was then charged on a warrant with driving an unregistered motor vehicle, driving without insurance and driving with a suspended license. He was held on both files with $1,500 bonds.
