Danbury Police: Prostitution
The Special Investigations Division of the Danbury Police Department reported several people charged with prostitution and patronizing a prostitute. A person charged with a crime is innocent until having been convicted in court.

In a continuing effort to address “quality of life” issues within the City of Danbury, the Special Investigation Division conducted a prostitution surveillance operation in the area of Beaver and Springs Streets on October 18. Police charged Omayra Curet, 34, Railroad Street, New Milford, with prostitution. Charged with her was Julio Lalvay-Patino, 50, West Wooster Street, Danbury. Lalay-Patino was charged with patronizing a prostitute. Police also charged Robbin Brooks, 41, Spring Stree, Danbury, with prostitution. Police charged Franklin Augusto Rios-Tenemaza, Rose Hill Avenue, Danbury, with patronizing a prostitute.
