Eight Danbury Restaurants Fail Health Inspections: Report

Eight eateries failed health inspections in the first three months of the year.

DANBURY, CT — Eight city eateries failed one health inspection during the first quarter of 2017, reports the News Times. Four of the eateries are located at the Danbury Fair Mall.

The report indicates that food prepared, stored served or transported at unsafe temperatures was the most common severe violation and caused most of the inspection failures.

Restaurants must score above an 80 on a 1 to 100 scale in order to pass inspection.
