The Fiends of the Danbury Public Library's annual Columbus Day Book Sale takes place Saturday, Sunday and Monday of Columbus Day weekend. The event starts at 8 a.m. Saturday with $10 early admission. That is immediately followed at 9 a.m. with free admission. Admission is free both Sunday and Monday. Books are $2 hardcover and .50 cents and up for soft cover. The hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday. On Sunday books are half priced. On Monday books are $5 per bag.
