Mark Bertolami, president of Duracell, will speak about being a leader in the marketplace. He will focus on successes and challenges, and on leading and motivating the people around you. Bertolami will also speak about engaging the next generation of leaders and using professional skills to help the community. Proceeds from the event will benefit the United Way of Western Connecticut.
